Adapted from actual romance comics from the late 60's and
early 70's, Sob! Choke! ... LOVE! tells several stories of young
shenanigans and romance.
At the height of the Seventies, Romance comics were in full
bloom and little girls minds' were forever warped by their
sensibilities. The Overtime Theater, in celebration of St.
Valentine's day, presents staged versions of these classic,
sappy, misogynistic, chauvinistic, sexist comic books in their
full glory.
