Experience the horror of the Crimson Executioner's
revenge in a new musical adapted from "Bloody Pit of
Horror," an Italian movie in the public domain.
Set in the 1970's, Sheer Bloody Lunacy
tells the story of a group of models who stumble into the
castle while on a photo shoot. The castle's owner, an
obsessed bodybuilder and ex-action movie star named Travis
Anderson, disdains any contact with the outside world and
its "inferior humans." Soon the 300-year-old spirit of the
Crimson Executioner is awakened, and the beautiful people
begin to meet their gory demise....

A new Halloween spectacle, Sheer Bloody Lunacy
has it all: horror, comedy, dancing, fight scenes, lingerie,
the Iron Maiden, lots of blood, and the spectacle of
PSYCHO-VISION! This one-act musical features new songs by
Phillip Luna (S.C. Dreamgirls, The Psychics, Fear Snakeface)
with original lyrics by Jon Gillespie. Charles Barksdale and
John Poole directed the show, and Charles also provided
music direction and choreography.
The talented cast includes
Chris Berry, Sophie Bolles, Michael Burger, Christopher
Charles, Cary Farrow, Cassie Moczygemba, Leo
Moreno, Rigel Nunez, John Poole, Desiree Schanding,
Priscilla Stanley, Kristopher Thomas, Lucia Villanueva, Christie Walheim, Dave
Watts, and Chuck Wigginton.
Fridays at 9:30 pm
& Saturdays at 8 pm, plus two Thursday shows (Oct. 23 and
30) at 8 pm
$12 for general
admission, $9 for teachers. Thursdays are dice nights – roll
the dice and pay the amount shown!
